

The hardest step is starting something new that takes you out of your comfort zone. Challenging yourself and pushing yourself on a daily basis is a very rewarding and satisfying experience. The results you will achieve from your training through persistence, and dedication is both physically and mentally life changing. Everyone participating is here for their own personal goals & journey. Classes are designed for all, no matter what your fitness level is.
There will always be options for all the exercises we do in the class to cater to everyone participating. No two classes are ever the same.
Kickboxing/Boxing Classes
The workouts always starts with a warm up.
In the kickboxing classes, you will learn to use punch bags, strike shields, focus mitts (Striking pads) to train accuracy and distancing.
All classes involve:
- Technique work & kickboxing drills to develop speed, co-ordination and power.
- Partner and pad work
- Bag work
- High intensity cardio
- Core and conditioning
Weight Training Classes
These classes will help build muscular strength and endurance using dumbbells, barbells, Kettlebells, resistance bands or your body weight. Class formats include core, upper body and lower body exercises.
Functional Fit Classes
These classes are a combination of cardio and weights circuit, designed to improve your ability to perform everyday activities. Class format includes full body movements.
These classes are avail for both men & women.
