Tweens Classes

These exercise classes are about making fitness enjoyable and building confidence.

OOMPH FIT delivers engaging and fun circuit classes that are different each session.

These classes are designed to be suitable for a whole range of fitness levels. Whether a child/teen has done a lot or a little bit of exercise previously, all those who take part will be able to improve their fitness in an environment that is fun and social.

Like any exercise class, all OOMPH Fit fitness will begin with a warm up and cool down. During the class kids may take part in aerobic activity, strength building exercises and kickboxing exercises/drills.

At the end of each class the kids will do a quiet mediation to calm their mind. This helps kids develop focus, regulate their own emotions and learn how to pay attention inside and out. It gives them a sense of calmness and, therefore, resilience.
